At NEPTUNE Mosaic® , we ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, if a product does not suit you or you change your mind, you have 14 days (from receipt of the package) to exercise your right of withdrawal and 30 days to return your purchase. Upon receipt, we will refund or exchange (up to 30 days after the receipt of the return package).

The return of our products in 30 days is an absolutely free service - only the shipping costs are at your loading. Note that these depend on your location.

The package is being returned automatically by NEPTUNE Mosaic®, so you will have to take out any additional insurance. Please just keep packing slip showing that you have returned us the product..

It should be noted that in case of damage of the package on arrival even before its opening, you are requested to prepare a claim form in the presence of the deliveryman. NEPTUNE Mosaic® then send you back the ordered product at no additional charge. If you notice that the package is damaged after the departure of the delivery or "kick damage" or "claims" will unfortunately accepted.

And if against, once you open the package, you find technical errors such as:

- An error occurs

- The dimensions do not match your request

- One or more missing elements
